Hey Muffy Family 💕🍧
I know it’s been a while, so let me give y’all a quick update and a testimony at the same time.
When I first started this buildout, I just knew the store would be open by now. But life had other plans. The first month and a half had delays outside of my control, and then my GC had to step away for a family emergency. That pushed us back even more.
Here’s the funny part: I wasn’t even planning to open the store this year at all. I told myself I’d wait until 2026 to get everything “perfect.” But I got in my feelings and tried to push it on my timing. As the summer faded and school started back, I was frustrated.
But then God whispered to me: “I’m still in control.” 🙌🏽 And y’all… He proved it. Thanks to your incredible support and us landing the biggest corporate contract we’ve ever had thus far.. the business has been able to maintain rent from business income alone. That’s nothing but a blessing. Not many businesses in today’s climate can say that, so I’m beyond grateful.
Now, all my original deadlines to open store have come and gone, and realistically I may be looking at November or December. Part of me is like, “Well, maybe we just come in swinging in 2026 🤷🏽♀️.”
We’re about 90% complete. So don’t forget about us, okay? 😂 I promise to keep y’all posted if we decide to open sooner. Thank you for sticking with me through this journey. The best is still yet to come! 💪🏽✨
