What started as a vision and passion for specialty coffee has continued to grow thanks to the support of our community, clients, family, friends, and everyone who has believed in what we’re building. Our newest coffee from Finca Santa Cruz is officially here. It was produced by José & Karina Argüello, Cup of Excellence winners who earned 1st place in México, and whose dedication and care truly show in every step of their work.

In the cup, you’ll find notes of chocolate, caramel, and a soft touch of cherry. It’s comforting, balanced, and the kind of coffee you keep coming back to.

At Café Metzli, we feel proud to work alongside some of the finest coffee producers in México. Relationships like this are at the heart of what we do, and being able to bring their coffee to you means everything to us.

We’re incredibly proud to announce that Café Metzli will soon be launching a truly exceptional coffee from Finca Santa Cruz, located in Chiapas, México 🇲🇽 produced by José and Karina Argüello.

Finca Santa Cruz has earned its place among the best in the world, winning 1st place in México’s Cup of Excellence multiple times a recognition reserved for the highest quality coffees🏆

Their work is a reflection of precision, passion, and deep respect for the land from carefully selecting only perfectly ripe cherries to mastering fermentation and drying processes that bring out incredibly complex flavors.

At Café Metzli, it means everything to partner with producers like them and with other amazing fincas across México who are elevating what Mexican Specialty Coffee represents around the world.

The 2026 harvest in Puebla is officially underway 🌱🍒

While the coffee hasn’t arrived yet, the work has already begun in the fields. Right now, dedicated hands are carefully harvesting each cherry with patience, experience, and so much love for the land.

We are incredibly proud to continue working side by side with Directo al Origen and the amazing producers in Puebla. Our partnerships are built on long-term commitment, transparency, and deep respect for the families who make this coffee possible.

At Café Metzli, this season represents more than a new crop, it represents trust, sustainability, and growing together year after year. We can’t wait to receive the 2026 coffee, but today we celebrate the harvest, the hard work, and the people behind every cup. ☕🌿
