It’s been said that life moves in chapters, and looking back on this one, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude.

When I took over the shop in 2019, I never could’ve imagined everything it would become, or all the people who would walk through those doors and become such an important part of my life. What started as a nutrition shop became so much more than shakes and teas. It became a place to gather, to laugh, to vent, to celebrate wins, to support each other through hard seasons, and to just do life together.

We’ve been through so much together over the years: through shutdowns, uncertainty, celebrations, milestones, and so many everyday moments that became some of my favorite memories. Somewhere along the way, customers became friends, and friends became family. That is what made stepping away so incredibly hard.

While this chapter is coming to a close for me, I’m thankful it’s not entirely goodbye. I’ll still be offering health coaching and continuing to support weight loss journeys through one-on-one appointments at the club, and I’m grateful I’ll still get to be part of that with so many of you.

To everyone who supported me, showed up, shared your stories, trusted me, laughed with me, and made this place what it became, thank you. Truly. You made this chapter one of the most meaningful of my life, and I’ll carry those memories with me always.

I’ll be at the shop the rest of this week, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9–11 AM, helping with the transition, and I’d love to see everyone one last time. Please stop by if you can.
