Wouldn't these lobster recipes be yummy along with your Thanksgiving feast? Captain Wes Townsend is still bringing in lobsters, probably just for a couple more weeks. Along with the primes, he currently has a good supply of culls which work great for picking to make some scrumptious dishes. And FYI, lobster meat holds up well in the freezer, so you could also steam/pick now, freeze, and use for Christmas and even New Year's Eve!
