Catch of the day, straight to your kitchen! 🎣🍝

Today at 1 on FOX 13 News - Tampa Bay catch the latest episode of Dinner DeeAs, as we bring a truly special seafood dish to the table. Chef Ben from Benedetto's Farm Products Private Catered Events joins Anji Corley to cook up "Grouper Benedetto"—a gorgeous recipe inspired by a memorable Father's Day fishing trip with his dad!

This farm-to-table masterpiece is packed with incredible flavor and fresh ingredients:

A beautiful, firm piece of fresh Florida red grouper, scored and seared to perfection.

A rich pan sauce built with shallots, heavy cream, marinara, and Pecorino Romano cheese.

Fresh plum tomatoes and mushrooms grown right on Chef Ben's own farm!

Tossed together with delicate angel hair pasta and topped with fresh basil.

Tune in to learn Chef Ben's top restaurant secrets—like how to avoid overcooking your seafood by finishing it in the oven, and how to properly stop your pasta from cooking so it is perfectly ready for the sauce!
