Some days we still can’t believe this little café is real.

What started as a production space inside a plain metal building that doesn’t even look like a café… somehow became one of the most special parts of our lives. ❤️

We honestly didn’t think this would work this well.
But Dade City showed up.
And then people started driving from Tampa, Orlando, Miami, Jacksonville… even HOURS away… just to try our Cuban sandwiches, Cuban waffles, cafecito, and the flan and desserts we make right here, that are sold all over the world inside this building every single day.

This place was built on faith, hard work, family recipes, and a dream that honestly sounded a little crazy at the time.

Now every morning we open the doors and see this café filled with amazing people, laughter, conversations, coffee cups, and support we could have never imagined.

To every single person who has shared a post, told a friend, brought family, waited in line, driven across Florida, or simply walked through our doors…

THANK YOU.

You turned a “what if” into something truly incredible.
And we will never stop being grateful for this community. ❤️☕🇨🇺

We’re officially back from our mini vacation and excited to see everyone again today!
