We want to operate safely and we need to be profitable to offer great job opportunities to awesome people so there are a few "quid pro quos" (aka requirements for those who can't speak Latin):
-You will need your Food Manager Certificate. If you don't have it already that's a shame but you will need it before you can start....ALL STOP if you are not ok with this. We might be convinced to help you with the cost if you don't have it but it will probably be reimbursed after a minimum amount of time on the schedule. Or we can arm wrestle for it.
-You need to be presentable. As a Team Lead
(especially for a "Level 60") you will need to be presentable at all times. Leave your worn out sagging, tired old clothes on your floor. Don't wear that nonsense to work. We will provide a base uniform and dress code.
-You will need to be upbeat and have a good attitude, but not in a creepy "I want to eat salad with no dressing" kind of way.
-We need team players who can follow a short list of rules (gotta stay safe and within the law) so that we can operate without problems. If you got drama we don't wanna.
-Benefits: Pffft. We can discuss your needs but we are not a big corporation and we don't have 401K, profit sharing, retention plans, stock options, or any of that other stuff that you probably are not worried too much about right now anyway if you have read this far. We're gonna pay you, and if you do well you'll make bank compared to similar work elsewhere... and you don't have to wake up waaay early...except maybe once or twice per year... we promise... for the most part...
