So my nationality is Haitian with that Haitians always expect you to cook Haitian food the traditional way, but I am anything but traditional! So today I'm making Griot with a twist. I was watching this other chef coat his tomahawk steaks in mayonnaise and the way it came out was beyond juicy. So I got your basic ingredients I put your curry in there I put your adobo put your garlic the Haitian green sauce paprika and smother it all over but then I remembered the tomahawk steak with mayo so I've integrated the style. I'm going to let it sit in the seasoning for about 2 hours then I'm going to bake it on low covered for about 4 hours and let's see how it goes from there..
