Eclipse viewing: While not in the total eclipse path, the Smoky Mountains will still be around 87% obstruction on Monday April 8.

The National Park Service will provide information and 1 pair of viewing glasses per group (while supplies last) at several locations in the park, including:
The Newfound Gap parking lot
Several Cades Cove loop locations (ear the John Oliver Cabin and at the Cades Cove Overlook)
Oconaluftee Visitor Center
