Tuesday, we announced our decision to partner with DoorDash to offer a delivery service to our customers. Shortly after, we encountered a couple of obstacles beyond our control, which caused many of you problems with receiving your orders. For that, we sincerely apologize. Please know that DoorDash is working diligently to rectify the issues. The amount of support and positive feedback we received indicates that this service is not only welcomed but also needed. Although we have temporarily paused this service for what we hope are a few days, we remain 100% committed to seeing this through.
