Johnny is still on a well deserved vacation (he's back Friday btw), but it's still Taco Pizza time. Open at 4pm! Isaac is going to start charging us for using his mug all the time...if he weren't so dang cute!

When you are served "Garlic Bread" at Materos, what you are getting is this. Locally baked bread for us, REAL butter, and granulated garlic lightly sprinkled on top, then toasted in our oven! We DO NOT use any fake, imitation, low cost, make you p**p unexpectedly butter substitute! Bread gets a bad rap these days, so if you're gonna eat it, we're gonna make it simple and what we believe is the right way! That is all for now....eat some bread, a piece or two won't kill ya. 😁

Mom's Day! This Sunday....Jumbo Shrimp Dinner. Kitchen says offer sautéed Shrimp as well, I said ok! Lightly battered or Sautéed - sides include Alfredo, French fries Spaghetti or Potato salad, warm garlic bread too cause why not! Full menu too. And if you see our daughter Katie waiting tables this weekend, tell her you want Mexican Egg Rolls again, she makes em for us! :) Sorry Katie. 🤣🤣

With closing a few weeks ago on that Sunday for the blizzard, and now closing again today for this ice storm, there are alot of restaurant employees that lost out on hours, tips, etc. When you go out in the next few days/weeks, remember that, leave an extra buck or two tip for that bartender or server, send a $5 back to the kitchen staff, anything helps!
