This year’s Blueberry Festival is in loving memory of Rich Musantry, former owner and founder of Blue Kow & Snack Shack and beloved member of the community.

Rich’s generosity knew no bounds. He gave freely his time, patience, and unwavering support to local teams, organizations and the people who called our area home.

Through his multiple businesses, he provided jobs and opportunities to countless individuals in the community of Curwensville and the surrounding areas. More than just an employer, he was a mentor who believed in giving people a chance. Those who worked alongside Rich learned the value of hard work, responsibility and treating others with kindness and respect. He didn’t just train employees, he helped mold quality human beings.

Rich was just as committed to the success and well-being of Curwensville as he was of his hometown of Brockway.

It is an absolute privilege to honor Rich’s life and celebrate the LEGACY he leaves behind. Thanks to the generous donation from the Musantry family, his tradition of creating opportunities and investing in the community will continue for years to come.

To the Musantry family, thank you for allowing us to honor Rich’s life. His influence lives on through the lives he touched and the opportunities that will blossom because of your support.

🎨✨ Calling all young artists! Join our Kids Coloring Contest at the 8th Annual Blueberry Festival! 🫐

👶 Age groups: 0–2, 3–5, and 6+
📄 Pick up your coloring sheet at The Blue Kow or print one from our page.
🎪 Return finished sheets to the Curwensville Blueberry Festival Association tent or the CBFA Kids Tent by 3PM on July 25th!
🖍️ Sheets will also be available at the festival!
🍦 One winner in each age group will receive a FREE Blue Kow ice cream cone!
