General Manager — Feed The Well BBQ & Biscuit Barn

Feed The Well BBQ & Biscuit Barn is a quick service restaurant with a drive-thru serving up scratch-made BBQ and biscuits with heart. We're looking for a General Manager who shares that mission and can lead our team with the same care we put into our food.
The Role
As General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind daily operations — leading a team that delivers fast, friendly, high-quality service while keeping the restaurant running smoothly, profitably, and true to our values.
What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including drive-thru flow, kitchen ex*****on, and front-of-house service
- Recruit, train, schedule, and develop a strong team culture rooted in excellence and hospitality
- Manage labor costs, inventory, and vendor relationships to hit budget and profitability targets
- Ensure food safety, quality control, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Monitor sales performance, POS reporting, and catering order fulfillment
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care
- Uphold and represent Feed The Well's faith-based mission in daily leadership and community engagement
- Partner with ownership on marketing initiatives, catering growth, and operational improvements
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of P&L management, labor scheduling, and inventory control
- Comfortable with POS systems and day-to-day operational reporting
- A servant-leadership mindset that aligns with our mission and values
- Reliable, hands-on, and willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends
Compensation & Benefits
- **$60,000+ annually, commensurate with experience
- **Semi-annual managerial profit share**
