Not gonna lie... the grass looks greener on this side 😉🍻

We’re soaking up the last of these summer days on the patio, where the grass is lush, the breeze feels especially good, and the sunsets have a way of tugging at the heartstrings. Add a cocktail in your hand, a few friends around the table, and an evening that keeps making a pretty convincing case for one more round 🌿

Maybe today it looks like climbing, digging, racing through the grass, and stopping to say hello to the animals. 🤸🐶 But every afternoon spent outside helps kids grow a little more curious about the land around them, and a little more comfortable getting their hands dirty. We hope the fun they have here grows into a lasting respect for the land and the people who care for it 🌎♻️💚

Weekdays on the farm are only $1 for admission, and they come with a little more space to enjoy it all. There are fewer crowds, less waiting, and sometimes it feels like you have the whole field to yourself!

This week, you can snip your own cut-flowers in the patch, pick Redfree and Zestar apples in the orchard, or stop by the Farm Market for a little of both. Spend some time in the Farmyard, and take your time wandering without any rush 💐🌿📸

Caramel Apple Hard Cider is back for fall! 🍎 It’s one of those flavors people wait for all year, with crisp apple, a smooth caramel sweetness, and just enough of that cozy fall feeling in every sip. Around here, it has a habit of disappearing from the shelves almost as quickly as we stock it 🔥👀

Before it became a pizza at the Ciderhouse, The Amatriciana was a signature combination of tomato, guanciale, and cheese that began in the little mountain town of Amatrice, Italy, where it grew into one of the country’s most beloved dishes 🇮🇹🏔️

Our version starts with red sauce, then adds guanciale, smoked ham hock, red onion, mozzarella, and Lamb Chopper cheese. It’s smoky, savory, a little tangy, and the kind of pizza that makes sharing a slice feel especially generous 🍕🤤

We wait all year for this 💛

The tulips get their moment in spring and then, when the light turns gold and the mornings cool off, the sunflowers finally open. Ten thousand faces all turned the same direction, waiting for us. It's worth every day of the wait 🌻
