Bologna Mac & Cheese

Our slightly more civilized take on the Church-group Mac & Cheese— the casserole dish everybody hoped would land at their end of the table.

Gruyère, aged white cheddar and sharp yellow cheddar melted into a rich, creamy fondue, folded with pasta and bologna blend from B & B, then baked until the top develops a deep, crunchy cheese crust.

Nostalgia, with considerably better cheese.
