The artwork that he's brought to life is by Artist Francesca Crevoiserat from Indio, California is a student in the Art and Design program for a BFA (Studio Art) with a dual focus in Painting and Cermaics at Frostburg State University, Frostburg, MD. Francesca has exhibited artwork in the 2023 & 2022 Frostburg Student Art Exhibition, the 2022 Q***r Appalachia Exhibition, and the 2019 Palm Desert High School Arts Exhibit. She has created this image of youth and curiosity with the goal of bringing life into Cumberland. She developed a vibrant visual that showcases a glimpse into the imagination of a child, ”The possibility and excitement of another world that could be hiding anywhere, just waiting to be found. Imagination is key within the realities of life, and it is important to never lose that sense of individuality and expression."
