From start to finish no short cuts are taken. Come taste the difference that real hickory smoke makes. We have our brisket burgers today which are ground and hand pattied from our brisket trimmings. We also have our pulled pork, chickens, and ribs today. And for those who don’t know are briskets start their journey on the pit today and are ready on Saturdays! We looking forward to see yall!
