Oh yeah…. One of my favorite comfort meals… thinly sliced sirloin sautéed with red onions with a double bed of rice! If you know, you know!

The sirloin strips have been marinating overnight… red onions are sliced… pancit veggies are chopped and diced… freezer is packed with nuggets, fries, lumpia and wings… soda is replenished…. We’re ready for you, Culpeper… are you ready for us??
