We're sure everyone is probably going to notice a lot of activity this coming week at the Pig and Paddle, as you drive by. Well, we are working very hard and are in the final push to be ready to open very soon! We've got equipment being installed, furniture deliveries, vendor meetings, health inspections, employee meetings, etc. all week next week.

So it won't be long now!

We will be announcing an opening date, which will consist of a short "soft opening" period that will last several days, to let us get everything dialed in, then we will announce our Grand Opening date!

Well folks, we've decided that The Pig and Paddle will be serving Pepsi fountain products, for our drink selections. We will offer Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Dr. Pepper, Starry, Diet Pepsi, Diet Mountain Dew, Diet Dr. Pepper, and either Tropicana Fruit Punch, or a Zero sugar selection, like Pepsi Zero or Dr. Pepper Zero.

We will also have fresh brewed Sweet Tea, Unsweetened Tea, and bottled water available. 2 liters will also be available for Family Packs and To-Go orders.

For all of you folks in the area that like getting food delivery, we are working with Doordash and Uber Eats to offer delivery through those platforms, where you can get our BBQ delivered!

We'd also like to see the areas around us, and areas at Smith Lake, that are currently underserved by the food delivery platforms be able to get our BBQ delivered. We are trying very hard to make that happen!

No matter what, we will offer Dine-in, carry-out, and Drive Thru service.

We will also offer special pricing for Large Group/Event orders with 48 hours notice for pickup.
