Hi everyone! We have exciting news. I know we reopened the restaurant a little over a couple of months ago but tomorrow we will make it official. Join us in a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony put together in collaboration with our very own Cuero Chamber of Commerce. To simply put it, reopening our restaurant means a lot more to us than simply opening the doors again. It represents the hard work, faith, and support from this amazing community that has stood by us from the beginning. In a small town, a restaurant isn’t just a place to eat—it’s a place where friends gather, families celebrate, and memories are made. From the very first day we unlocked our doors, Cuero welcomed us like family. With no hesitation, you showed up hungry, curious, and full of heart—sharing smiles, kind words, and a genuine excitement that reminded us why we dreamed of opening Rosie’s Mexican Restaurant in the first place. Every meal shared, every laugh across the table, and every familiar face returning through our doors has meant more to us than we can put into words.
