I'm happy to share that the Kind Hearts, Kind Tarts project will be supporting CEAP in September! CEAP, or Community Emergency Assistance Programs, is an incredible organization based in Brooklyn Center that provides food assistance to the local community. Through their on-site food market and participation in the Meals on Wheels program, they distribute 2,000,000 lbs of food to 50,000 neighbors every year!

I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to volunteer for CEAP earlier this year, and I can tell you - the services they provide are pretty amazing, and the gratitude from those they serve is real - they are really making a difference for GOOD in the community. If you have the time, you won't regret volunteering for them - I really encourage you to check out the opportunities they have available.

I hope you will join me in supporting this wonderful organization this month! $1 from every pocket tart purchased in September will go directly to CEAP. Tarts can be purchased during our weekly preorders (link in bio), the first two Thursdays in September at the Hope Farmers Market, or by sending me a DM directly.

Is anyone else scratching their head asking where August went?? We are moving into the last week of the month and I’d love to show up for Opportunity Partners through our Kind Hearts, Kind Tarts project!

For every tart purchased now through the end of August, $1 will be donated to this incredible organization that supports adults with disabilities. My brother has been a recipient of their services for years and their impact has been incredible.
