Opened in 2012 with a New York Style Push Cart. Relocated in 2013 to the corner of Norvel Bryant (Hwy 486) and Dunkinfield at the Advanced Auto Parts. Changed from the New York Style Cart to a White Chevy Van. The hot dog cart pulled out from the rear, soda and chips were available at the side door opening. This was great for a couple years but still left Uncle Jimmy subject to the weather conditions. Many days were too windy, too cold, or rained. His new truck is fully self contained and is now offering Breakfast (all day), Brunch and Lunch. Look for the extended hours and expanded menu. Stop by to visit with Uncle Jimmy!
