Now that the weather has cooled a bit and the summer frenzy has ended, it’s time to bring back some of our more complex (yet beloved) flavors! First up is the Italian classic Spumoni. This trifecta of a flavor features Chocolate, Burgundy Cherry, and Pistachio custard all swirled together and is out take on the classic Italian treat typically served as gelato.

We’re pausing our regularly scheduled fall flavor programming to bring you a special that celebrates all things chocolate 🍫.The CHOCOLATE MOUSSE CAKE PARFAIT contains a wide variety of different chocolate flavors: chocolate mousse (made in house!), pieces of chocolate cake from our pals Konrads Bakery, chocolate custard, and chocolate flakes for some much needed crunch. We cut all that chocolate by adding some vanilla custard with the chocolate custard and a dollop of fresh whipped cream. Available now and while supplies last!

Many of you (not all of you 😉) will be thrilled to hear that BLACK LICORICE is back at the shop today! In case you missed out last month, we ran this flavor using a black licorice syrup we made by cooking down black licorice candy and the response was, well, mixed to say the least. We’ve included some of our favorite comments in a slide show and we hope you get a kick out of them as much as we did.

We packed extra pints and quarts for you hardcore licorice fans out there, so be sure to stop by and stock up, before we sell out like we did last month!

A big thank you to all those who stopped by yesterday, you cleaned us out! We’re working hard on restocking our Julie Bars and Custard Sandwiches and first up are our raspberry bars. We will have them back in stock around 5pm today and when you stop by, you can grab a cone or pint of Black Raspberry because it’s also our flavor today!

And don’t forget, we will be CLOSED tomorrow, September 9th to perform some end of summer maintenance around the shop. We will be open again on Thursday the 10th at 11am!

We know it’s early, but we gotta strike while the demand is hot (both literally and figuratively at the moment). Starting today and running through October, Pumpkin Shakes are back in stock! Made with vanilla custard, pumpkin purée, and homemade pumpkin pie spice, this is one special that hasn’t needed tinkering or adjustments over the years because it’s perfect the way it is. Boost this shake with an extra jolt of caffeine by adding a shot of Heady Cup Coffee Roasters espresso or get it dairy free on Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday!

If you’re in the “too early for pumpkin camp”, we will have these shakes available through the month of October, so you have plenty of time to get your fix in!
