One thing we truly value here at el jimador is both our employees and our customers. But what we will NOT tolerate is anyone coming into our business and verbally or physically abusing our staff.
If our policy states that your entire party must be present before being seated, then that is our policy. Yelling at our employees, disrespecting them, or trying to intimidate them because you don’t agree with the rules will not change them.
We have many young employees working here, and I will always stand up for them. You do not have the right to come into our establishment and mistreat our staff simply because you’re unhappy with a policy.
Our business. Our policies. Please respect them and respect our employees.
Anyone who becomes verbally or physically abusive will be asked to leave. If they refuse to leave or the situation becomes unsafe, law enforcement will be contacted.
We appreciate every customer who comes through our doors, but respect goes both ways.
