Ricochet will be closed for dinner service on Friday and for lunch service on Saturday. "Chillbert", our faithful, but very boisterous walk-in cooler has gone down. 😕

We have other coolers in the house, such as "Blizzard Bob", but the bad news is that all of the taco ingredients, including the Beefy McSizzle which we had prepped for the entire weekend was inside "Chillbert" and she just couldn't hold on long enough to save the integrity of those ingredients, including the Salsa-palooza.

Sooooo....."Chillbert" wants to apologize for any inconvenience this might inflict upon anyone!

In conclusion, we have a TON of prep to do, including braising Piggy Wiggles, so let's hope we can conquer Tacotopia once more tomorrow!
