A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to see us at Homewood Fall Fest this weekend! We couldn't have asked for a better way to wrap up our season!

Whether you stopped by for a waffle, tried one of our bubble waffle ice cream cones, or simply came over to say hello, we appreciate every single one of you!

We're so grateful for all the love and support we've received throughout the season. Every event, every familiar face, and every new customer means so much to our small business.

We're officially hanging up our waffle irons for the season, but don't worry — we'll be back serving up in 2027! 🧇🍦

📣 An Update About St. John Farmers Market

Yesterday I shared that next Sunday would be our last Sunday at the St. John Farmers Market. After some unexpected circumstances during yesterday's market and conversation that occurred later, I've made the difficult decision that we will not be returning next Sunday or to the St. John Farmers Market in the future.

I'm disappointed that our time there is ending a week earlier than planned, and I'm especially sorry to anyone who was planning to come see us next Sunday.

I don't want this decision to overshadow how thankful I am for all of you who have supported Will It Waffle at St. John. We've loved seeing familiar faces come back week after week, and your support has meant more to us than you know. ❤️

Thankfully, this isn't quite our last waffle of the season!

Next Sunday will officially be Will It Waffle’s final day at the St. John Farmers Market!

We’ve had so many familiar faces stop by the trailer this season, and we’d love to see you one more time before we end the Farmers Market season ❤️

Most importantly, THANK YOU to everyone who has stopped by, brought friends and family, shared our posts, recommended us, or simply came back week after week. Every bit of support for our little waffle business means more than you know.

I’m thinking about trying something NEW at the St. John Farmers Market in September:

🥓 BREAKFAST BUBBLE WAFFLES! 🧇

A warm bubble waffle topped with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon pieces, feta & a drizzle of maple syrup.

Sweet, salty, savory… basically breakfast doing the absolute most.

But before I commit to a one-day limited drop, I want to know if you guys would actually want one!
