Today i signed my papers to formally close Mackdaddy's. It breaks my heart to say goodbye to my dream. I will truly miss this place and everyone who use to visit us.

The building is for sale at this time. That also is very hard to do. Both Everett Sayles and James Clark always dreamed of having this building as a restaurant. I gave it my best shot. 😭 Its now time to let it become someone elses dream.

Yall have been so kind to us and we have enjoyed you all. We miss our guys at lunch so much. We miss the weekends and the fun memories we have made and will hold them close to our hearts forever.

This is truly like losing a family member to me. But the body just cant hold up anymore. I have to start listening a little better to what it tells me. Maybe we can meet up here sometimes and have fun and do some reminiscing for old times sake. But, it cant be what it was anymore.

I hope someone will get it who loves her and will make her a shine once again.

we will open for lunch at 11 today. we are having a benefit for Amos and Punkin Davis (Jean Punkin Warren). She was involved in a bad motorcycle accident and we are trying to help them out.

Yall come on by grab a plate bid on some silent auction items or buy some raffle tickets. They are for a Wi******er Wildcat 22, a 50/50 cash pot winner takes 50% of the money the other is donated to Mrs Punkin. We also have a few surprise items up for raffle!!

Please keep them in your prayers as she is in her recovery journey.

ATTENTION
If you can please contact me with a number of plates you want to pick up this Saturday May 09 2026 for the Punkin Davis aka Jean "Punkin" Warren Benefit. It doesnt have to be paid in advance but it would greatly help us on buying enough food. we will serve both lunch starting at 11 am and through dinner that night as long as it lasts.

Plates will be a BBQ PULLED PORK Sandwiches with a choice of 2 sides.
sides choices include Baked Beans, Coleslaw and Southern Style Potato Salad. It also includes a drink and dessert of choice for just $15.

If you have any items to donate for the SILENT AUCTION please let me know so I can pick them up, get photos and advertise them.

I know i have touched base with a couple people who will be getting items to me tomorrow. Perfect!!

Don't forget we will have Slingshot Karoke Entertainment starting at 8pm! Tim and Melissa Swindle always bring a great time.

We will call all aution and raffle items around 9pm. You do not have to be there to win but please make arrangements to pick up your items.

We will have a limited number of extra tickets for the Wi******er Wildcat 22 and the the 50/50 Cash Pot drawing available that day!

Again we Thank you all for helping us make this possible. It couldnt be any more deserving people than Amos and Punkin to have a benefit for.

I want to thank each and every one of you for the very generous donations that have been taken up for the Benefit for my dear friends "Punkin"Jean Warren Davis and all the love being shown for her and Amos.

If anyone else want to donate to the silent auction please contact me and ill gladly pick up your donations. I am trying to get as much picked up by this weekend that I can due to all the organizing cooking and baking we will be doing next week leading up to May 9. At 11am we will be serving BBQ PULLED PORK SANDWICH Choice of two sides Potato Salad, Baked Beans, Coleslaw, with drink and dessert for only $15. We will serve it until we run out.

At 8 pm we will have Karaoke from Slingshot Karoke Tim and Melissa Swindle are always a lot of fun!

Around 9pm we will start the raffle for the Wi******er Wildcat 22 and the Cash pot that will be a 50 50 split where the winner gets half and Punkin gets the other half.
you do not have to be there to win. However I will need you to make arrangements to pick up your winnings.

We are hosting a fundraiser along with Tricia Martin for our friends Jean Punkin Warren Davis and her husband Amos on May 09.

We will be serving BBQ Plates starting at 11am with a choice of two sides including potato salad baked beans and coleslaw. Dessert and drink will be included for $15 a plate.

If you preorder and prepay we have delivery for Crowder and Marks areas.

Also starting at 11 will be a silent auction. Come in look around and bid on some great items.

We are also selling chances on a Wi******er Wildcat 22 and a 50/50 cash pot where the winner gets half and the other half goes to Punkin.

At 8pm we will start Karoke by Slingshot Karoke with an $8 cover at the door wich will also go to Punkin and Amos.

Around 9pm we will call the auction and raffle winners. you do not have to be present to win but please make arrangements to pick up your items if you are the lucky winners. The winner of the Wildcat will have to pass a background check at Batesville Gun and Pawn in order to pick it up.

The benefits being held in our building on May 9 starting at 11 am.

We will also serve a BBQ PULLED PORK SANDWICH PLATE with choice of 2 of baked beans, cole slaw or potato salad. Also a drink and dessert goes with the meal.

Amos and Punkin are good people. He has been a local farmer all his life. Punkin has served school lunches at the South Panola School District for 27 years! They are always fast to help others. Please keep her in your prayers. She still has a long road to heal since her motorcycle accident.
