Over the last 3 weeks, I took on the most i ever have in our little business... back to back to back fall festivals.

In the last three weeks we have used:

60 lbs of Almond flour
89 lbs of powdered sugar
50 lbs of sugar
1,020 eggs.. and that doesnt count the ingredients for the fillings!

I baked 7,081 macarons for Hope Heritage Days, Seymour Oktoberfest, and Ethnic Expo... and you all SOLD US OUT AT EVERY SINGLE FESTIVAL!!! 🤯❤️

I cannot express what that kind of support means to our family!! Thank you all so so much!

We have one more event for fall before I take a couple weeks off (to recouperate from the baking marathon I've put my body through over the last 3 weeks) and then switch over to our holiday lineup.

So if you loved the apple c***r or pumpkin cheesecake and you HAVE to get some more before they're gone for the year, we will be at Witch Fair at the Monroe County Fairgrounds in Bloomington Sunday, Oct 18 12pm-6pm. Come and see me!

Its my favorite time of year! Time for Seymour Oktoberfest,!! Oktoberfest has been a staple in our house for many many years, but this is our first time as a vendor! As a small bussiness owner, I spend more time than I'd like to admit being mad at social media. Facebook's algorithm is not my friend this week. So lets try again... I have a BUY 1 DOZEN FOR $30, GET A DOZEN FREE FLASH SALE posted right now!! Facebook decided to show it to a whole 37 people yesterday. 😒 So if you would like some macs at a discount, go find it!!
