Last night at Red, White, & Boom was something special.

Our first time at the event and we SOLD OUT— but most importantly, we felt the love. Sold out days don’t happen all the time; and we never take them for granted.

For the first time in months, we didn’t set an alarm for prep.

No shopping lists.
No flat top.
No fryer.

Just our favorite beach, Duke discovering waves for the first time, and a much-needed reminder that life isn’t only about the hustle.

Sometimes the best way to keep moving forward is to slow down for a day.

We can’t wait to get back out there serving you all—but today belonged to us. 🌊☀️🐾

Officer Cassidy Kyle spent some time on foot patrol today, stopping by local favorites A&M Farm and Garden Center and Cassidy’s Kitchen. It’s always a pleasure to connect with our residents and business owners, and strengthen the relationships that make our community so special.

POV: You accidentally train for a 10K… inside a food truck. 😂

Tracked today’s shift on Strava just for fun:

👣 Almost 6 miles

Turns out running a food truck involves a lot more running than I expected. From the grill to the fryer, to the window, back to prep… rinse and repeat. 😅

The burgers get all the glory, but it’s the step count doing the heavy lifting.
