The Cantrell Family started roasting coffee in the garage of their Phoenix home in 2010. Over the last 7 years, we have grown in our knowledge, skill of roasting coffee and love to share our passion for coffee with our friends and family. After moving to Southern Illinois in 2014, we quickly realized we could not find good coffee, let alone a local coffee roaster. So our adventurous spirits of part insanity and love, told us to continue our coffee passion and buy a new roaster! And here we are, blessed to share again with our friends and family, our love of coffee.
