Good morning Crossville friends!

We are very sad to announce September 25, 2026 will be our last day setting up for breakfast, and our lunch hours will increase, 10-2pm. We will allocate the extra time for more lunch specials & food allergies options!

We have prayed over this decision for well over a year and it is one of the many changes we have had to make due to the rising expenses of our food truck. It just does not sustain the cost we put into it. We are grateful to ALL our breakfast customers and pray you’ll come see us for lunch.
💥 We will still do breakfast bookings if any interest.

We had a great long Labor Day weekend! Hope you did too! 🙋‍♀️🙋🏻‍♂️

🥳 WELL!! It’s official! We added our homemade GLUTEN FREE • DAIRY FREE • OAT FREE CHICKEN STRIPS! It’s the ONLY chicken strip we will be carrying going forward. They are hand cut, breaded & seasoned. $14 for 4-5 nice sized strips, with fries. Ask for dipping sauce Stubs GF bbq sauce.

We will be bringing a GF fried chicken tender sandwich next week.

💥I have included the following ingredients ..
Salt pepper onion powder garlic old bay paprika unflavored almond milk eggs (cornmeal mix packaging ⬇️ & can be purchased @ Leslie's Sweet Nostalgia Gluten Free) event sample pic serving GF Chicken strips (2 LG strips) 😋

Delicious for anyone BUT please inform us of your allergy. Safe for Alpha-gal!

✨We wanted to serve you on a long term basis! SO! We are so EXCITED to announce starting January 2027 we have secured 2 Saturday’s a month at Cumberland Medical Center for lunch and BEST part.. SATURDAY SPECIALS we have planned!
📍We will be set up in the parking lot of Labor & Delivery to be more convenient for YOU! We hope you are as excited as we are, we worked hard for this opportunity! PLEASE help us make this a success! 🎉
