Official welcome to summer this week at Social Brew. Schools are out, pools are open, and we have the first Friday at the Crossroads of the year. So grab your flip flops and head downtown for a great evening of food and music.

We will have two artists to celebrate…

Crowd favorite Jeremy Best will get us started from 6-8. Followed by the very talented and new-to-the-area Ray Nichols from 8:30- close.

Thursday trivia this week is general knowledge, and Jill with Dogwood Kitchen will be serving up Philly Cheesesteaks to keep the masses fed!

This Wednesday will be the 2nd “Songs on Tap” at Social Brew! It will be a mix of Open Mic night and Songwriters Meetup! Show up and get to know some other local musicians and play a few songs. Starts at 7pm. Come on out and support local music. Hope to see you there!

Of course we’ll have Trivia Thursday at 6:30. Caroline will be back with some delicious Italian food! This time we’ll have Cacio y Pepe, with a side of garlic bread.

Friday brings the return of the Blues with “Homesick” Mike Krizan! Shows at 8.

A week many have waited for…

Beer Nerds and Trad-Nerds unite!

This weeks Thursday trivia will cover all things STAR WARS! Fun starts at 6:30p, and will be sponsored by our friends at Game X-Change. They will have some awesome prizes for the top-3 finishers! Go support them for all your gaming and comic-adjacent needs at their location on West Avenue.

To go along with that amazing news we have brought in a few Star-Wars themed sour beers from the legendary Brewery RAR in Cambridge MD. Sith Sauce, Droid Juice, and Ground Grunt Goodies will not last long!

Then Friday we have Matt Goedken joining us for a night of his “Matt’s 70’s Show” filled with songs we don’t hear nearly enough! 8:00p showtime.

Thursday Trivia will also be the return of Italian food by Carolyn. She will be making Crustless Chicago Deep-Dish Pizza. It will come with a side pasta salad. All for $12!
