We're making strawberry shortcake ice cream tacos that have been selling out at our Spring City location. We start with homemade ice cream taco shells, then fill them with vanilla ice cream mixed with pureed strawberries, yellow cake pieces, strawberry gel, and Cool Whip. We finish by decorating with freeze-dried strawberries and white chocolate drizzle for a refreshing treat inspired by my papa's classic pound cake dessert.

Debuting our very first run of Dairy Free/ Gluten Free Ice cream. It has an oat milk base and the fat content is from coconut milk. It’s a Cookies and Cream flavor and we are impressed at how good this is. If you struggle with dairy or gluten intolerance we want to know if you’d try this? Also, if you have any flavor suggestions.
