There's a lot going on here. Firstly- no, it's not too soon for pumpkin things. It's basically Halloween already. Secondly- these are giant. Think "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown", but in cookie form. Thirdly- the caramel that is incorporated in these monsters needs a shout out. It's homemade. It's got a splash of bourbon. It's got real vanilla beans. And it's absolutely DECADENT.
