BLUEBIRD'S COCONUT CAKE

Bluebird's coconut cake is developing quite a reputation. People have come in telling me that Bluebird has been recommended to them as having the best coconut cake. I love that compliment.

But there's another example of how good the coconut cake is. This is Harry. He used to come to Bluebird to buy a slice of coconut cake once every few weeks. Then it grew to 2 slices. Before I knew it, he was buying 3 slices twice a week. Now, Harry is buying 5 slices of coconut cake twice a week!!!!!

CHOCOLATE MANDARIN ORANGE

Many of my British customers have told me that this flavor ice cream reminds them of the special chocolate they would get at home called Terry's.
