Kipper Koffee is expanding, and we’re excited to welcome new members to our team! As our business continues to grow, we’re hiring for Barista and Lead Barista positions.

✅ We’re looking for people who are:

* Friendly and dependable
* Passionate about serving great coffee
* Great with customers
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Eager to learn and grow

Experience is a plus, but the right attitude is even more important.

We stay busy, work hard, and have a lot of fun doing it. If you enjoy being part of a fast-moving team and helping create a great customer experience, you’ll fit right in.
