Now, we're looking for a new owner to seize this incredible opportunity, which comes with the house behind it, and make the most of the summer season, serving our loyal customers and generating significant revenue.

Hello everyone, we're excited to share an update about the fish shack. We've received numerous inquiries about our reopening date, and we're grateful for your enthusiasm. After careful consideration, Shelly, Jodie, and I have decided to sell the fish shack, as it wouldn't be the same without our dad. However, we're optimistic about the future, and there are 3 interested buyers who could potentially reopen for the season. We'll be sure to keep you updated on any developments.

Every good story has a beginning, a whole lot of laughter in the middle, and eventually an ending—and this one is no different. With full hearts (and a few fish tales), Rita, Shelly, and Jodie are sharing that the Merchant family chapter of The Dam Fish Shack is coming to a close. Their dad poured his heart into creating an outdoor, family-friendly gathering hole filled with great food, fun games, and memories that will forever smell faintly of fried fish and summer nights. While we won’t be running it forward, we’re hopeful this ending becomes the perfect beginning for someone else to write their own story here. The Dam Fish Shack is officially listed for sale—same great bones, endless potential, and plenty of room for new memories to be made. 🎣

All kinds of fun at the Shack today!! Corn hole tournament happening at 2 (sign up 12-1), Great food and the Nebraska game will be on. Every touchdown will get you a shot from our lovely bartender. Come see us for a great day 🐠🥰

Dam Fish Shack family…. We have our first corn hole tournament approaching. Please make sure to build your team, have 30 dollars a person and be ready sign up from noon to 1 on the 20th. ALSO for everyone wondering we plan on closing the middle of October depending on weather 😄
