Pit Tuesday is here!!

Saturday, we will have the pit back out at the store. Y'all stop by and visit. Nothing like BBQ and a cold drink or drinks, to help you relax after a hard work week. Hope to see y'all there. We will have the normal stuff out on the pit along with beef ribs, and minus the boudin. So join Charlene Hayes Smith along with George Masters, and myself for some good food!

This Tuesday will be St.Louis cut pork ribs, beef ribs, German sausage, Cajun sausage, hamburgers, sliced beef, chopped beef, pulled pork, and smoked boudin. If you come in and say that you read about it on face book, and ask for Charlene then you will get a free medium drink with your meal. Limit one drink per purchase. It's Tuesday, on the menu today is fried pork chops, dorito cassarole, and fried fish. Sides are beans with brisket, broccoli and rice, corn, Brussels, corn bread, fried okra, french fries, hush puppies and peach cobbler. Don't forget that our delicious home made cakes can be a side as well.
