Not only are we "smokin' with flavor", we here at Chop's Style BBQ take pride in our ability to offer whole foods that are smoked fresh daily. We offer a wide variety of of foods on our smoker to please everyone. We are not one to share secrets of our recipe, but what we can tell you about our BBQ is that it is slow smoked with cherry wood and our sauce is carefully blended with our secret Chop's Style BBQ spice blend.
