I mean come on, half priced bottles of wine and 8+oz filets (8+ because I sucked this go around breaking down the tenderloins) what else besides it just being a beautiful Wednesday could you want???

Recommending either the Fritz cab or the Juan Gil monastrell for this long asked for dish.

Center cut filet, smoked gouda duchess potato, grilled asparagus, and apologies to your mother but a sh*take demi glace that will have you wanting to smack yo momma. This dish is so rounded it causes circles to become squares.

Got questions on pimento cheese and bruschetta. Once the cucumbers and tomatoes come in both will be available.

See you for dinner...

If you didnt get a chance to try our lamb marsala yesterday Thursday is today and it's still available.

Thursday is also half priced beer day and try to carry only 16oz cans.
Hot summer day + cold beer = success

New wines and a lamb special that deserves a lot of shout outs.
First thank you integrity auto care (how often you do you give an auto repair shop a shout out? True human beings and not just me back that up) for the idea of this dish. I hope I knocked it out of the park.
Next thank you Billy for the quail eggs. Light and help make the sauce a show stopper.

Lamb marsala over fettuccine with sunny quail eggs. The lamb stock deserves a mention as you will taste the depth of this dish. Threw in some seared broccoli for good measure and now you have the makings of a banger......

New wines still coming in and at half price you should venture out. Variety is the spice of life so try something, do something, feel something new. We hope you eat better my friends 🧡.
