We've got a lineup of comfort-food favorites this week that you won't want to miss!

**Kociolek (Campfire Medley)**
A beloved Polish classic featuring cabbage, potatoes, home-style bacon, Polish sausage, and onions, slow-cooked together until the flavors become one. Inspired by the traditional campfire meal enjoyed after a day of hiking, fishing, or relaxing outdoors, it's hearty, comforting, and full of flavor.

**Cream of Broccoli Soup**
Made with fresh broccoli, carrots, celery, and onions, then finished with cream and topped with shredded cheese. Rich, creamy, and perfect for soup weather.

**Saturday Only - By Popular Demand!**
**Gołąbki (Polish Cabbage Rolls)** are back! Tender cabbage leaves stuffed with a savory blend of seasoned meat and rice, baked and topped with our homemade tomato sauce. They sold out quickly last time, so be sure to stop in early.

And don't forget—we're now open Saturdays from **11 AM to 5 PM**, giving you one more day each week to enjoy your Black Sheep favorites.

I wanted to take a million photos, but we were way too busy having fun (and keeping up!) lol. 😂 Thank you so much to everyone who stopped by today. Seeing new faces mixed in with our amazing regulars made it such a special day. 💖 We appreciate you all!

We're excited to announce that Black Sheep Craft Kitchen is now open on Saturdays!

Starting tomorrow, we'll be serving all your favorites from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, giving you another opportunity to enjoy homemade Polish-American comfort food without having to squeeze it into a busy weekday.

We also made some special dishes to enjoy especially for tomorrow.
