🤩It’s September Cocktail time at The Brick on Front!
This month, we wanted to put out a menu to honor our Front-of-House staff. Recently, they have been nominated for the BEST and FRIENDLIEST staff in the mainline area. How cool this that?!

We have 7 to honor this month and all of them have been here for a minute. In that amount of time, well, you’re bound to get a nickname. We decided to use these nicknames and pair them with a fantastic cocktail for our September Drink Menu. See if you can match the caricature or drink name with your favorite server. (We’re going from most recent to longest term.)

The final tribute goes to our first hire (and dear friend💕). She’s been here with us since the beginning - actually helping us plan our menu and strategy before we even opened our doors 5 and a half years ago. She is sarcastic and funny and makes things super interesting around here. She also comes up with quite a few nicknames for all of us (not appropriate enough to post) 🥰 If you know who we mean, you’ll know that the Smartass Sangria is the
P E R F E C T name for her drink.
And this one brings all the flavors of fall: Red Wine - Pear - Apple - Lime.

🤩It’s September Cocktail time at The Brick on Front!
This month, we wanted to put out a menu to honor our Front-of-House staff. Recently, they have been nominated for the BEST and FRIENDLIEST staff in the mainline area. How cool this that?!

We have 7 to honor this month and all of them have been here for a minute. In that amount of time, well, you’re bound to get a nickname. We decided to use these nicknames and pair them with a fantastic cocktail for our September Drink Menu. See if you can match the caricature or drink name with your favorite server. Next up, is The Taskmaster - she is thorough and precise and carries a mental checklist in her brain at all times. She will not leave until everything is finished, until everything is put back in its place and until her co-workers are out of the weeds. (That’s restaurant talk for surviving a mad rush.) She also sings sometimes at the most inopportune times, but we dig her and she only receives the highest praise around here.

It’s September Cocktail time at The Brick on Front!

Next up, is the Ninja. We’ve been calling her this for years now, because she is everywhere and no where. You try to find her but she finds you first. You go to do something and it’s already been done; You go to a table and it’s already been waited on. This will be her 4th year with us and we don’t think we’ve ever seen anyone as capable of handling a packed venue as well. We would be truly lost without her. Her drink, Ninja Juice, is cool and smooth, just like her. Amaretto - Pineapple - Lime - Cherry.

Next up, is The New Girl - okay, so she isn’t exactly new. She’s been here 3 years with us now, but she’s as busy as one human can get - working 2 jobs, finishing up her medical degree and planning a wedding! So, her time with us is obviously limited but we do like to joke with her about it. She’s also the creative mind behind some of our great food and drink specials here at The Brick on Front. Simply put, We’re super lucky to know her and we’re grateful for any time she spends with us.
This martini is also inspired by her creativity: Vodka - Kiwi - Blue Raspberry - Sprite

This month, we wanted to put out a menu to honor our Front-of-House staff. Recently, they have been nominated for the BEST and FRIENDLIEST staff in the mainline area. How cool this that?!

Third up is our Traitor. She got this name because she’s left us and been back 3 times so far. Her future nursing career keeps coming between us. And although the goodbyes become more difficult as time goes on, it’s worth it. When she’s with us, she treats our business like her own. She is professional and chill and super kind. SO, while we wait for her inevitable return 🤞, we’ll toast her with this very berry delicious drink. The Traitor cocktail is made of blueberry puree, blackberry whiskey and lemonade.

Second up, is K.$ - this nickname emerged because of her expensive taste and the fact that she isn’t afraid to spend it 🙂 But she also works super hard to earn it. She started out in the back of the house and moved out front where you can find her slinging these amazing cocktails.
She’s been here almost a total of 3 years.
She’s self-sufficient, motivated and badass ~ just like this drink:
Think of a strawberry margarita with a sprinkle of edible glitter and champagne.

First up, is one of our most recent . She’s been with us 2 summers now and counting. And all though we don’t have a SOLID nickname for her yet, she is definitely a SOLID reason why our service around here is top notch. She’s friendly and funny and just has an overall great vibe. Her drink this month is also fun and refreshing and is the perfect flavor for September.
