A little update from us… ☕️✨

Construction starts back up next week, and we couldn’t be more excited to see this dream moving again!

Many of you know we purchased the building that was formerly the M&M Lounge—or as most Cresco locals remember it, simply “The M.” That building has so much history, and we wanted to honor it in our own way.

While our full name is The Blonde, The Beard & The Brew, you’ll start seeing us simply go by The Brew. It’s a small nod to the building’s past while creating something fresh for its future.

And before anyone asks… yes, we know a lot of you are wondering if you’ll ever be able to have an alcoholic drink in the building again. Who knows… stranger things have happened. 😉 We might even have a DJ 😆

We can’t wait to bring new life into a place that already has so many memories. Thank you for following along, cheering us on, and believing in this dream with us.

The countdown is officially on. 🤎

We are starting The Blonde, The Beard & The Book Club because we want to create a place where people could slow down, connect, and share stories together.

We’re excited to partner with our local library to celebrate reading and help bring our community together one book at a time.

And one thing we’re especially looking forward to? Book-to-movie nights. Reading the story together, then gathering to watch it come to life sounds like the perfect way to spend an evening.

Whether you’re someone who always has a book in your hands or you’re looking for a reason to start reading again, we hope you’ll join us.

The building isn’t quite ready yet, but our açaí game definitely is. 🥣✨

Fresh ingredients. Homemade peanut butter. Bowls that look good and taste even better.

Construction has us waiting, but creating something worth talking about takes time… and apparently, inspiration travels fast. 😉🌴

💙 TEAM BLUE or 🩷 TEAM PINK?

We need your help settling a very important debate before we open…

💙 Blue Spirulina Bowl
Made from blue spirulina, a nutrient-rich algae packed with antioxidants and plant-based protein. It has a mild taste and creates that gorgeous ocean-blue color naturally.

🩷 Pitaya Bowl
Made from dragon fruit (pitaya), known for its fiber, antioxidants, and vitamin C. It’s refreshing, slightly sweet, and gives us that stunning bright pink color.

Both are delicious.
Both are beautiful.
Both pair perfectly with coffee. ☕️✨
