At The Rising Tide Restaurant & Bakery, we’re getting ready to serve Northbound Coffee Roasters coffee, handcrafted in Mount Shasta, California!

We’re sticking to the basics and giving them the attention they deserve—from a fresh cup of brewed coffee to a well-made latte, cappuccino, Americano, or mocha. And of course, something fresh from the bakery to go with it. 🥐

The bakery cases at The Rising Tide are getting closer to coming to life! 🌊

We’re working on a lineup of fresh breads, donuts, cookies, cheesecakes, pastries and other scratch-made favorites—all prepared with quality ingredients and pride in the craft.

We want our bakery to be a place where you can stop in for your morning coffee, bring home something special for the family or simply treat yourself.

We’ve been busy behind the scenes getting The Rising Tide Restaurant & Bakery ready, and one of the things we’re most excited about is filling our bakery case.

Fresh breads. Donuts. Cookies. Cheesecakes. Pastries. Muffins. Plus much more and plenty of rotating treats coming out of the kitchen.

Our goal is simple: make as much as we can from scratch and make it worth coming back for.
