🦁🌿 JUNGLE FAMILY UPDATE 🌿🦁

We owe our Jungle Family an update — and, honestly, an apology. 💚

We are now entering WEEK 6 since we closed our doors and WEEK 4 of our equipment installation. What was originally expected to be about a 2-week installation has unfortunately taken much longer than any of us anticipated.

The company we partnered with for our new play equipment has experienced several unexpected logistical delays, including the loss of their lead installer. This has left them working with one installation team while they work to bring additional team members on board.

We want you to know that we are staying on top of it. I have been in contact with the installation company every few days, asking for updates, pushing for timelines, and doing everything within our power to keep things moving. Unfortunately, at this point, the installation timeline is outside of our control.

And believe us when we say...

WE ARE JUST AS READY TO OPEN AS YOU ARE READY TO COME BACK! 😭💚🦁

We miss seeing your smiling faces. We miss the laughter, the chaos, the little voices, the running feet, and all those BIG JUNGLE ROARS! 🐒🐯🦁

While this delay has been incredibly frustrating, we truly believe that when you finally walk through those doors and see what we've been working toward, you are going to be AMAZED by the final reveal. 🌿✨

We promise we are doing everything we can. We will continue to provide updates as the installation progresses and as soon as we have a firm opening date, you will be among the first to know.

Thank you for your patience. Thank you for sticking with us. And most importantly, thank you for believing in Joyous Jungle. 💚

We are truly, truly sorry that this has taken so much longer than expected.

We're still here. We're still pushing. And we're getting closer. 🦁🌿

🦁🌿 JUNGLE FAMILY UPDATE! 🌿🦁
We know you’re just as anxious to get back into the Jungle as we are! 💚 We promise, we’re counting down the days right alongside you!

🚧 THE INSTALL IS AROUND THE CORNER!

Our installation team is wrapping things up in Alabama and will be heading our way THIS WEEK! 🙌 Once they arrive, we’ll have a much better idea of our official opening date.

📅 Our current projected reopening date is September 20th! Again, this depends on the team.

💚 Month & Annual Members: Your memberships have been paused during our closure, and you’ll get those days added back when we reopen!

We are still booking for birthday parties so please let us know if you have any questions.

📣 Ok Jungle Families...finally I have an update. THE UNICORN 🦄 HAS LANDED! Why a unicorn you ask...We have been waiting for this equipment for a year! We had no idea if it existed or not and now I can say IT DOES! 🙏😄

🤔 What's next you ask, welllll, we need the install team to get done in AL and then come see us. We will give another update as soon as that happens.

Although it is not on the schedule we wanted, we are getting close. See everyone soon 🫶🐒🦒🦁

We hope everyone had a great first day back to school! 📚✏️ And a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who supported Joyous Jungle this summer! Your patience, encouragement, and smiles have meant so much to us. 🥹🐒

Now it's time for the BIG TRANSFORMATION! 🛠️🛝 We're excited to see everyone again around the end of August for our Grand Opening! 🎉

🎉 We're Back Open! 🐒🌿

Good news, Jungle Families—we're back open today through Monday and can't wait to welcome everyone back for classes and Open Play! 💚

We want to sincerely thank you for your flexibility and understanding while we closed for the day to investigate an issue. Your patience means so much to us!

We were able to work with our wonderful neighbors at Edge Athletics to help pinpoint a lingering odor in our building. It appears the issue may have been caused by an installation mistake made by a fiber company a few weeks ago. We're hopeful we've identified the source and have worked/are working to get it fully resolved.

Thank you again for your support as we continue to make Joyous Jungle the best and safest place for your little adventurers. We look forward to seeing all of your smiling faces back in the jungle! 🦁🛝💚
