🍎📚 Learning in Action at Sommer Elementary! 📚🍎

Mrs. Carpenter’s ELA class wrapped up their Nutrition unit with a fantastic field trip to Arni’s yesterday! Students applied their understanding of halves and wholes while also exploring healthy food choices — all in a real-world setting.

A huge shoutout to the Arni’s staff for being such wonderful hosts and making the experience meaningful (and fun!) for our students. 🍕🙌

The class ended their day with a visit to the Crawfordsville Public Library, making it a perfect blend of learning, community, and exploration. 💙🧡

Please note we are now operating under our Winter Hours. Thank you.
