WHAT: It’s a(nother) pizza and wine party!! OUTSIDE Seating if Weather Permits

THEME: EAST OF THE MISSISSIPPI - pizza styles and wines from the mid-west and east coast. It’s going to be a delicious adventure.
MENU: App: Mini Fried Mozzarella Blocks with sauce and basil
Salad: Butter& Bibb salads with radish and jalapeño ranch
Personal Pie: Chicago Tavern with sausage, green peppers and red onions
Personal Pie: Detroit Pan with Vodka sauce stripes, asparagus, prosciutto and fresh parm on the finish
Dessert: Strawberry Shortcake- fresh biscuits macerated strawberries finished with whipped cream and fresh mint
WINES: East Coast gems from Christy’s secret stash, likely to include a bunch of in-the-know producers including Chepika (NY), La Garagista (VT), Commonwealth Crush and Lightwell Survey (VA) and Fruitblood (OH). And maybe a few special aged bottles just for kicks. What? You’ve never had wines from Vermont? Or Virginia? Or Ohio? Don’t be scared - this is an easy way to get a sampling of what’s happening in the wine lands East of the Mississippi!
