ATTENTION SOUL FAMILY!!!!!
Due to flashflooding in West Virginia, we were running a day late this week. We also had issues with our transmission on our truck. That being said.....we are back to business and we are smoking a special treat today and tomorrow. We will be serving all of your favorites to include pulled pork, smoked brisket, baby back ribs, and freshly smoked chicken daily, and yes we made potato salad! In addition to our regular menu, today and tomorrow we will offer our "Smoke Gr***des"! These are chicken drumsticks, dry rubbed with our KC spice blend, wrapped in bacon, Hickory smoked to perfection, and dunked in our "Unbridled" sauce! We had a request from one of our favorites customers, so swing by and grab a Smoke Gr***de! This week's schedule is as follows.....

ATTENTION SOUL FAMILY!!!!
TRANSMISSION UPDATE!
We installed the new part and as of now.....we are rolling again! Hopefully the problem has been resolved. We are at Food Lion Fishersville today. We are running slightly later than usual, but should be ready to serve around 12:15. We will have all of your favorites with the exception of our smoked chicken quarters. Its just too late to fire up the smoker. Thank you for your understanding and hope to see you soon.

Unfortunately we have been hit by the Transmisson Gremlin. We have located a part to hopefully be up and running soon. If this solves the issue, we will be opening late today at Food Lion Fishersville. Sorry for the inconvenience. We will update as soon as we know more. Have a great day and cross your fingers for us! Saturday- GOSHEN SUMMER BASH!!!!

Just to let all of you know, we will have a short week this week. Goshen is throwing their Summer Bash on Saturday, and we are honored to be their food vendor. We will be on site offering all of your favorites, as well as hotdogs and hamburgers. If you don't have plans this weekend come see us. There will be live music from 2-8 pm. There will also be carnival games and a bounce house for the youngins. Vendors will be on site as well for your specialized shopping.
Next week we will be taking a break and celebrating the holiday and a couple of birthdays with family. Dont miss us this week for your BBQ fix! We will resume our normal business on Thursday July 9th!! Have a great week and enjoy the upcoming Holiday!
