2025 International Pizza Expo

What an amazing week at the 2025 International Pizza Expo and World Pizza Championship in Las Vegas! Connected with old friends. Made new ones from Toronto, Montreal, Tokyo, Naples, Calabria, around the world and around the Country. All were top in their field and made amazing pizza! None better than the other, all delicious in their own right. We are looking forward to visiting them in their pizza shops as they plan to visit us in Craig where we can bring them to our local businesses and show off our warm hospitality.

I am honored to be sponsored by Galbani Cheese and newly recruited to their Professional Team. Although we didn’t make the top 5 this year, advancing us to the finals, we ranked very well. We placed 22nd in the Southwest Region which consists of 11 States for our traditional cheese pizza. We placed 18th in the World for our Non Dairy (Daiya Cheese) Vegan Pizza topped with Sh*take and Portabella Mushrooms, Black Truffle on a Garlic infused Macadamia Oil Crust. We can’t wait to get home and bring these along with some newly learned Pizzas to our great customers. See you next weekend!!
