Amber, malty excellence 🤌 We are loving the results of the Festbier recipe that we tweaked this year. The Festbier is back only for Stein Society until we kick off Oktoberfest with the tapping of the Grand Beer Barrel on September 19th.

Pints, Pretzels, and Prairie Tales: The World Through These Doors

One of the upsides of being in this business is that we get to meet so many people from around the world. In just two years, we have had visitors from nearly every state and at least twenty-eight (that's right, TWENTY-EIGHT) countries! It's a great reminder that the creature comforts of good beer and food have a special way of bringing us together, regardless of our respective, unique walks of life.

The best part of it all, though? Our guests get to put Cozad on their own maps and travel logs and we get to call Nebraska, USA home. ❤️

The weisswurst is one of our favorites at The Frau. This traditional Bavarian sausage is juicy, has a mild but tasty flavor, and is hard to get anywhere else in this part of the world. Come try it today with sauerkraut or for slight kick, our housemade spicy kraut! Open until 10pm tonight (kitchen closes at 9pm).
